FSA and HSA Cards

If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA), doula services are eligible for reimbursement. You will need to provide documentation from an OB or midwife that states that you have the medical condition of pregnancy. You can link your HSA/FSA card directly to your PayPal account.

Insurance Reimbursement

Call your insurance provider to verify whether or not doula care is included in your benefits. Get what they are willing to reimburse you for in writing. I can provide you with my National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and an itemized list of services for your reimbursement application. 

Payment Plans

I understand that one large out-of-pocket expense may not be doable for some families. I am willing to discuss a more flexible payment plan that suits your family’s needs. I believe that education and support are game changers in this beautiful period of life, and my goal is to make doula care more accessible to my local community.
